Coaching to the Rescue Owner

About Our Founder

Founder Marcelle Fowler and her beloved Lab-mix princess, Midnight, adopted in 2013 through FETCH a Cure's Pixie's Pen Pals.

Marcelle started Coaching to the Rescue to combine her love of animals with her background in corporate communications and her 10+ year career as a certified leadership coach and consultant.

Our Story

Our team of writers and certified leadership coaches is passionate about finding new audiences in the effort to help more companion animals find loving homes. What while helping others grow personally and professionally.

Ultimately, we hope to also create a nonprofit that supports mobility needs of aging, injured and physically challenged pets, because we believe a companion's mobility challenges shouldn't force someone to surrender them, nor should inability to afford supportive equipment and services. When Midnight (pictured here) began to have mobility challenges, founder Marcelle Fowler had the resources to support her (laser and massage therapy, medications, installing a ramp, buying a "Help 'em Up Harness," etc.) -- extending her quality of life as a result. In Midnight's honor, we’ll someday launch a nonprofit named "MEND: Midnight's Exciting New Dawn" to help others do the same.

Thank you for being part of our journey!
